During a grow, adjusting the height of your lights is crucial to support healthy plant development!
🔆 Vegetative stage: Lights should be lower for more intensity, encouraging growth.
🔆 Flowering stage: Gradually raise the lights to prevent light burn and focus energy on bud development. A good rule of thumb is 18-24" above the canopy at all times and if you`re serious about your lighting, we suggest a PAR meter to assure your plants are at a comfortable lighting.
As your plants grow taller, your lights should be adjusted accordingly 💡
